1. Acceptance of the Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and MoneyLabs LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States ("MoneyLabs", "Gasti", "we"), governing your use of the Gasti application for iOS (the "Application").
By downloading, installing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read and accepted this EULA in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, do not download or use the Application.
Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application or its content. This agreement is concluded solely between you and MoneyLabs LLC.

2. Scope of License
MoneyLabs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Application, subject to the following conditions:
- The license allows you to use the Application on any Apple-branded product that you own or control.
- Use is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- The license does not transfer ownership of the Application. MoneyLabs LLC retains all rights not expressly granted.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, rent or redistribute the Application.
- The license is granted for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Gasti offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions via in-app purchase through the App Store:

- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price stated above.
- Management: you can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
- Pricing: prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and may vary by country or region and applicable taxes. Apple will display the final price in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
- Free trials: if a free trial period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel at any time from your Apple ID Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, you retain access to your plan's features until the period already paid for ends.
- No refunds are issued for partial periods or unused time.
- Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or your data. To delete them, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Privacy and Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this EULA. It details what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we retain it, and how you can exercise your rights, including deleting your account.
6. Maintenance, Support and Warranty
- Support: MoneyLabs LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Application. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- Warranty: the Application is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoneyLabs LLC disclaims all express or implied warranties.
- Failure to conform: in the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of MoneyLabs LLC.
- Product claims: MoneyLabs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims from you or any third party relating to the Application, including product liability, regulatory compliance or consumer protection claims.
- Intellectual property: in the event of a third-party claim that the Application infringes that party's intellectual property rights, MoneyLabs LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of such claim.
7. Legal Compliance and Third Parties
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country.
- You represent that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party agreement applicable to your use of the Application.
- Third-party beneficiary: Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce its terms against you.
- This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
